This app is literally the worst. Cannot even set up my Loop to work with AirPlay. When I try and configure it to connect to my wifi network it wont allow me to click on my network. Seriously its time to revise this app, or start over from scratch. Figure it out already.

Adding these new features really improves the usability of my Zipp. Very nice update .

The app is great, but when you open it for the next time to adjust the volume, the app keeps loading forever.

Really bad performance with Libratone Lounge, always disconnecting

There should be 2 versions of this app, one for the old speakers and one for the new. I cannot control my old zipps and loops at all. The required registration is intrusive.... I used the email idontwanttoregisterforyourapp at gmail and that worked fine, the process doesnt require I click a link to complete. I was able to use time machine and recover the old version of the app, which had been backed up to my computer.

Easily found my Zipp and allowed me to tailor the sound. Fantastic

Not sure if the original (WIFI-only) is fully compatible with the new features but, although Im able to add it to the list, I cant add radio stations, etc. Running app on an iPhone 5s so not sure if thats the problem

Ever since the update there is no longer a way to control the volume of my Libratone Lounge when playing audio through the aux input. So now Im forced to watch tv at only one volume. One star for the pretty new UI.

Allows me to change everything and looks amazing.

This update is horrible. Lost ability to control volume. Please fix!!!!

His update seems to have issues connecting and controlling the original Zipp. I was trying to change the wifi network and it could not search for networks in the area and when I tried entering my network in manually it said it was restarting on that network but it restarts with the blinking red light.

New update doesnt allow me to add radio stations to the Classic Zipp. Radio stations will play to the speaker, so theres a connection, but only if I hold the center button in the app down with my finger. If I take my finger off the center button in the app, the radio station wont play anymore. Pushing the play button in the app doesnt do anything.

Forces you to register, and you can no longer change sound volume on your speaker. This update cancelled our movie night.

This app used to be somewhat useful because it allowed me to control the volume of my speaker (which has no backup physical knob because Libratone disdains functionality) but this latest app update is just offensive. Libratone added notifications, required registration, and location tracking, none of which seem necessary to the use of a speaker, and bolloxed the volume control (the only function I actually need to use). Its very disturbing that Libratone put in the effort to make all these spy features function correctly but blew off the only thing the customer wants. This app is a travesty and it demonstrates what Libratone really thinks of its customers.

Latest update adds back volume control! I liked the old interface better, and preferred when there wasnt registration. But Im glad the app is at least functional once again.

I can no longer use the Zipp Classic wirelessly with this new update. Hate the layout of the new app- nothing but dead ends and instructions that dont apply or work. Im unimpressed.

Both Zipp and Live doesnt work after updating the app!! When i search for a wifi network it says ( error: unsupported URL ) Plz fix ASAP

I bought Libratone Lounge 3 years ago and have found it to be the most frustrating tech device I ever bought. This app makes it impossible to connect my new iPhone to the speaker. I give up.

What is with companies requiring you to register in order to use apps that don’t need connectivity. I use to be able to manage my Zipp classic without registering, not any more. And why the hell does this app need to know my location? Are you kidding me? And push notifications? For what? Because Libratone updates the speaker firmware so often?
